Email max@viralpayouts.com. We reply within 24 hours, usually much faster.

To help us answer in one go, tell us:

• whether you are a brand or a partner, and the email address of your ViralPayouts account;
• the program it is about, and the order, payout or invoice number if there is one;
• what you expected to happen and what happened instead.

Never send us a password, a card number or an API secret key. We will never ask for them.

• Getting started for brands: create a program, invite partners, go live.
• Tracking sales: Stripe, Shopify, the Event API, and test sales to check it works before real money moves.
• Money: payouts, holds and refunds, fees and pricing.
• Your console: sign in. Invoices, payouts and your partners are all there.

• Getting started for partners: your links, your earnings and when you are paid.
• Your account: partner sign-in. Connect your payout account and file your tax form from there.
• Whether a sale counts, holds and reversals follow each program's terms: see the program terms.

How to install the app, what it reads and how to uninstall it: ViralPayouts for Stripe. If an install did not attach to your program, email us with your Stripe account id (it starts with acct_) and the program name.
